Patricia Andrews-Keenan is a PR and media relations thought leader who worked extensively as a corporate executive in the telecommunications industry before opening her strategic communications practice, the Tallulah Group in 2008. In her capacity as Regional Vice President of Communications for a telecommunications Fortune 500 company, Andrews-Keenan served as the chief communications lead with oversight of internal and external communications, media relations, public relations, community outreach, volunteerism programs, strategic relationships with non-profits, speechwriting, executive communications, presentations to external organizations and groups and oversaw executive’s membership on select civic and non-profit boards.

Andrews-Keenan’s background encompasses stints as a journalist, PR manager, government affairs director, communications vice president and corporate affairs executive with top-drawer companies including Comcast, the Nielsen Company and AT&T.

Andrews-Keenan’s work has been recognized by the National Public Relations Society, the Association of Cable Communicators and the Black Public Relations Society among other industry groups. She has personally been recognized as a Chicago Defender Woman of Excellence and by the 100 Black Men of Chicago. She gives back through her work with the South Side Community Art Center (SSCAC).

She brings a high level of professionalism to the events she produces, and is adept at planning, implementing and administering integrated communications programs that ensure events are produced on time and under budget.

Andrews manages events from start to finish including coordinating invitations, food and beverage services, travel, lodging and transportation; securing permits and entertainment, managing vendors, and conducting rehearsals when applicable. She utilizes her professional marketing background to impart flair and organization to large and small-scale events, including:

Activation/Promotions/Launch Events

Bimkubwa serves as the Activation Marketing lead for the Tallulah Group. She focuses on brand marketing, sales and corporate sponsorships and oversees event management and lead generation, campaign marketing and client services. Her expertise is in executing activation events that provide clients with experiential consumer engagement. Bimkubwa has worked for national brands including Nissan, Comcast, American Express and Kimberly-Clark.



Phyliss North is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry with extensive experience in sales, revenue management, guest services, hotel operations and e-commerce. North was responsible for over 50 Million in topline revenues. North provides intelligent, creative, and sustainable financial solutions that increase small business productivity. Her services focus on accelerating business performance through financial management, revenue optimization, compliance, brand protection and security management.
